Looks like a ruin with no facilities.Staff were arrogant and misleading.
This was our third year of staying at this campsite .... will we stay again ???Jackie the campsite manager was very rude. We had friends call over to see us and they all commented on her people skills rude and nasty. Jack as always was very helpful and was lovely to chat to.The prices have doubled from previous years It is a lovely campsite fantastic views .Another issue we had was noise. Kids running around the campsite playing hide n seek screaming at each other at 11pm ???Where was Jackie with her rules when this was going on ???
Fantastic campsite for the kids. No flashy facilities or play areas, but a big safe field the kids can make friends and play. Clean toilets and showers and always welcoming
Very basic camping. Jackie was really nice and welcoming. Unfortunately some were still partying at 3 o'clock in the morning (large group) and another family put the rave music on at 8am. Full. Blast. About 4 toilet and showers. No hot water this morning. If you need it to be a base for walking you wont be disappointed . But watch for inconsiderate campers.
Good location great views. Well worth 10 a night. Unfortunately the fees are double that. A total rip off. Toilets shabby and unclean. Pubes under seat ! Showers no hot water. Would rather stay on a pub car park in future.
