Perfectly friendly, seem efficient, though they do expect you to call them, they don't phone you to say that your tyres are ready.It is evident from the Ducati in the waiting area they are bikers, probably why they are keen to encourage this business.They managed to do my bike at relatively short notice when every where else was giving me appointments several weeks away, so I was happy.
