I booked my car for a MOT the night before online, which I though was fantastic at such short notice. When I dropped my car with Halfords, I was told their system double booked myself with another person, which meant id have to wait a fair bit longer. What I really wasnt keen on, was as I was sat in my girlfriends car watching my own car being checked, some incredibly arrogant tosser parked his Range Rover directly behind us (blocking us in) and began talking to the mechanic working on my car for 15 minutes!
Always really helpful staff who tell you what you really need to have done and when. Trust them to give me the right answers. Flexible and try to get you in asap when urgent.
I've always been to Halfords Oldham for my MoT. found Halfords okay for the mot, you drop your car off, you can stop and wait for you car or do something else, they will phone you up to say if your car has passed or not, if not they will tell you, they let you know what needs to be done and how much. the lads on reception Oldham are very helpful.....
Always great customer service and advise. I must have been booking my car in here for a good 4 years or so now, services, MOT, etc. They are always friendly, advise correctly and do a complete job. Highly recommended.
Had all my bike and car work done here and staff are great. Andy and Tom on bikes are great help and knowlegable people. Had lots of bike issues (not due to them in anyway) and they've always been helpful enough to sort out all the issues.Great place.
