Very good experience. It was my first time visiting this Argos store. I was served by Tahmina Yasmin and she was very patient with me as I could not understand her properly due to my hearing problems. Tahmina did not let communication be a barrier as she got pen and paper and wrote to me to make sure we understand each other. I will definitely recommend this store to others and will visit again very soon.

The place was quiet for once so very quick service. They even had everything we wanted in stock!
If I could rate this company zero stars I would. Ordered a present for my son online and confirmation email stated it was a 7 day delivery but I would be contacted by phone 2 days prior to delivery.Present delivered unannounced whilst my son was in. Birthday surprise gone. Offered a 10 gift voucher. Ha ha a tenner. Will not buy from Argos again. Terrible company with zero customer service and care.
