The best Florist i know ! The staff genuinly care about your order and what you want. I used to work in Oldham therefore it was easy for me to collect flowers from Occasions .. however since transfering to another location i have been to 2 florist local to my new location and been so disappointed. So i now drive to Oldham from Bolton to get flowers from Occasions !! Highly recommended.
What a wonderful experience I had! The staff at the shop were so friendly and full of advice. They knew instantly just what I needed. They are so professional and creative. Some of ideas that were presented to me I had never seen before. Thank you so much for taking all the worry off my hands. Just got back from the shop. Nobody on the main shop floor. I went up the steps to seek help and realised there was atleast 2 members of staff engaging in conversation. I called out to get their attention asking for bridal bouquet. The staff member looked at me uninterested and simply said 'no'. With the wall on the left of me full of bridal bouquet, I said for fresh bridal bouquet the response again I got was that they have none for me to see. I was baffled as I wanted to guidance on how their variety of bridal bouquets and prices. I stood there for a moment with 1 staff member seemingly refusing to help me with no other customers they were attending to!.. another member of staff (with glasses- don't know names sorry!) came out to answer my questions. Will not be using
