Good helpful staff today (30th Dec) got what we came for - no pushiness to buy. Pleasent visit - better than yesterday (29th Dec).
A great place to shop for your ideal furniture.I was dealt with by Rahul. He was very patient and did not push me into a sale. Totally customer centric. Advised me all the way. Made the process of purchasing a large item stress free.I would advise this branch as the sales staff make you feel welcome and will not judge you.
Love my new sofa. They delivered the sofa on time and were really lovely.
Appalling customer service when it came to delivery day. Brand new floor scratched, art work that holds sentimental value, smashed. No remorse from the delivery team, not so much an apology. Just a shrug of shoulders and announcement "it's in pieces over there" before departing. Not leaving with us the cleaning kit we paid for but certainly left us with damaged property, damaged brand new sofa and a bitter taste in my mouth. Avoid.
Found the staff willing to help. Always found this store quiet. Normally outside of our price range. However, found a good deal in browsing on this occasion with a discontinued piece of furniture.
