Fantastic rescue of my wife's visa extension. I had left things so close to the cutoff I was risking the application. I did not have confidence that my circumstances were robust enough for success, but all at AIS helped me get all the documents and unforeseen personal references needed in good time for the Home Office. A long and clumsy sentence to say thank you all for my (and my wife's) successful visa extension completed at the very last minute. Won't cut it so fine next time...
Had an average session with one of their lawyers. They were late sending their summary notes. Eventually received then after pestering. Never heard back from follow up questions or any of our complaints. Avoid.And to anticipate their reply - we've already contacted you multiple times to complain. You are allegedly investigating and getting back to us. Haven't heard anything for three months from yourselves.

Avoid like th plague shocking abysmal.Avoid this company like the plague. Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting service. All they are interested in is getting your money then avoiding you. Be particularly wary of Houri the partner, all sales talk and charm and loses interest the moment you have paid. Everything I say here can be supported by evidence. My partner and I were applying for a fianc visa for her to come from abroad, houri assured us she would handle our case and that she had a fantastic track record, all down hill after this. As soon as payment was made our case was switched from to a another lawyer aleksander, well what can I say about him. The easiest way to explain him is that he now no longer works for the company as houri sacked him due to concerns over his work, however this didnt stop the company sending our application without checking it after he left and it subsequently being refused. We are in the process of recovering all monies spent.The list of problems includes the following, no calling when agreeing to do so, no work on our case between calls, it appeared all aleksander wanted to do was send us a link to the government website and expect us to do the rest. A missed biometrics appointment due to email not sent by the lawyer, I then paid for an extra appointment and had to wait 4 weeks for a refund which after emailing 3 consecutive Wednesdays was only issued when I threatened with legal action.Since our rejection not one member of the team has attempted to contact us to explain the appeals procedure and all any of the lawyers will say is the issue is being handle by their complaints department. Not quite sure how an internal complaints department is impartial?Please please avoid these people at all cost Houri is even had the gumption and lack of sensitivity to tell me that she couldnt deal with my case in Monday as she was attending her daughters graduation- talk about rubbing salt in the wounds. So whilst myself and my partner face Christmas apart and a lost trip to Belgium, houri can enjoy Christmas with her family.All is not lost however and another law firm will be in contact with them soon...Merry Christians houri and team I hope you feel at least some of the pain we now have to experience of a Christmas apart
