Was my favourite for years but last time I ordered from there, the food was very disappointing. Won't be going back as they have taken my favourite item off the menu and the staff seem to find it inconvenient to have to talk to customers- they seem to be under new, worse management
i am very upset with this company as they had me waiting for food over 85 mins then when i called them where they said i would have to wait a further 30 mins to 1 hour. I cancelled via just eat and an hour later received a call from the company saying that if i cancel in the future make sure i communicate via the restaurant. This is ironic considering they did not give my order a thought when they were exceedingly late. I was so hungry i just cooked food at home which is a shame as i had guests to entertain.
Ordered hot and sour soup and puked on 2 occasions. Disgusting.
No effort is probably the best way to describe.Salt n pepper chicken wings were straight out of freezer, into deep frier and straight on top of just sweated onions. No coagulation.Same with main meal, uncut pre-frozen meat on top of spicy rice with a seperate sauce option of either bisto gravy or a curry sauce.
Was very impressed when food arrived 30 mins early but not so happy when all the food was under cooked. We contacted dragon palace who were not helpful in anyway and told us there was nothing they would do. What a waste of food all ended in the bin, won't be going again!
