I've been very generous here with one star...just had delivery, food was warmish, portions where child like and food itself was awful. All this for 20% ish more than any other local chinese. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Plenty of other Chinese out there
Tried ordering from justeat... They have the cheeck to charge 30 for minimum order or they wont deliver I tried to order 26 worth of food on top of the 4 delivery charge and they rejected the order.... Do they think they are a five star mitchelin restaurant or something? how cheecky
Ordered a meal on just eat after typing my OL1 postcode in and Jackie chan coming up under my postcode only to be rejected for being too far makes no sense. I am literally around the corner also from ol9 which they also come up under but yet under that one the minimum spend is even dearer at 25. Makes no sense. First time trying but will not attempt this place again.
Great food really good service
Just had a meal delivered from this place - delivered within 20 minutes of ordering so no way could it have been freshly cooked and 'exquisitely prepared' as claimed on their menu. Obviously most of it been microwaved up as hot on the outside but all cold in the middle of the tray! Absolutely disgusting ! Phoned them up and the woman on the line admitted that some of the food ready prepared. Would have rather waiting another hour and had freshly cooked food than served up a potential warmed up food poisoning hazard.
