It's a one stop shop for pets, decent quality stock although can be a bit pricey. Must complement the chain for having a vet on site, sorted one of my Springers out whilst on holiday near Henlow, big thank you.
Been struggling with fleas on my cats for months because we kept buying from the shelf. The person we spoke to was a Major help he surgested the advantage stuff on subscription so i comes to our door every month and he asked us our cats weight amd we didnt know so he got a 2kg bag of cat food and asked if our cats weighed anything like that so he knew which strength to get us. 24hrs into using the stuff and all the fleas are more or less dead.
Staff are always kind and helpful! We take our EBT here all the time and everyone loves him!

Received absolutely excellent advice and help from a member of staff about food for my dog. I was completely baffled by the variations on offer but she was very knowledgeable and helped me to reach a decision and within my budget. Only sorry I didn't get her name.
