Ive used this chemist 4 times and everytime they don't have at least one item on my prescription. Always have to go back. Once i had to go back twice, so three trips to get a three item prescription. Currently trying to change chemists.
I always receive first class service, they advise and even deliver if you are not well enough to attend.They are always ready to give their professional advice no matter how busy. They have really helped me through what were 3 crisis times over a 3 year period, so grateful.
I like this place. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and courteous. Other members of staff are invariably friendly and almost invariably efficient.
Friendly staff, nice bright shop
My family use Ashton Rd Pharmacy for prescription delivery. They provide a very professional and prompt service, the staff in the Ashton Rd Oldham branch and the delivery drivers are very polite, friendly, approachable and eager to assist and we wouldn't go anywhere else. In the past we have used Boots who we have found most unhelpful and never have basic prescription items in stock hence having to visit the pharmacy several times or wait for days for medication to follow.
