NOT RECOMMENDED!!!Extremely poor customer handling. I ordered a cake yesterday and i was asked to collect it in 2 hours, when i went there a simple cream cake was waiting for me although i ordered a different cake. I was told 2 hours were not enough to make it. Thats joke i paid in full in advance, when i argued i was told you can have refund and leave. He wasnt even apologising. Too rude and too unprofessional. These business owners need some basic training on how to deal with customers and how not to make commitments you cant full fill although thats sounds common sense but looks like they are lacking even that basic sense of responsibility. NOT RECOMMENDED
I ordered a birthday cake for my son, I think the staff are brilliant, very polite and courteous. They listened to exactly what I wanted and my son was very happy with his birthday cake! It looked and tasted amazing!! Thanks guys :)
