Unsympathetic, lousy hire company, rude and unapologetic staff, hired a car and they delayed the delivery by an hour. And I couldn't even get hold of them over the phone after it was ringing for over 5 minutes. Utterly disappointed and unimpressed

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Booked to pick up a car and the call centre booked me the wrong day so when i got to the garage "I was told no car booked here for you" after I had estalblish that this was an error from the call centre I asked if they had a car for me and was told " no, and we shut in 35 mins" he could not have been the least bothered that I was stranded without a car. I spoke to the call centre who told me to get a taxi home and they would refund it. I sent the reciept for 25.00 and they refunded me 10.00. The day after I organused a car through Hertz in Bolton. What a difference, they were brilliant. I would never use this company and if I could give a zero star I would do
