Hired a van for a 24 hire period to pick up some furniture. Very reasonable prices and lovely 18 plate van to drive. Staff were amazing. Responded very quickly to my email query, booked a van out for me and telephoned on day to confirm requirement. Efficient booking in and out procedure. Very polite, courteous and much more. Needed a vehicle last minute so actually went into there office to enquire. All the vehicles were out but there manager said let's see what they can do. He did some ringing round and said a vehicle was on its way if I could wait 20 min. He then made me a coffee and before I knew it the vehicle had arrived and had been cleaned straight away all while I was having a coffee! That's service! The day after I was half an hour late returning so I rang up to let them know with apologies. They told me don't rush they will wait and told me no need to apologise! I got there thinking I might have to pay extra as I was late.. Instead they made me another drink and said were not going to charge extra don't worry! The staff here are very friendly and understanding and go out of there way to meet your demands. Highly recommended.
