I phoned up this morning and was given a same day appointment when I was seen they did my procedure with no hassle and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. All round a fantastic service.
Despite being extremely nervous knowing I needed a tooth extracting, both the dentist and the dental nurses made me feel at ease immediately. They were really lovely from start to finish. Throughout the extraction I was reassured and asked if I was doing ok. I came here as my dentist believe it or not, said they were too busy to do an extraction and sent me off with antibiotics telling me to come back a week and a half later. Disgusting, turning someone away when suffering pain of an abscess. If I could have chosen the dentist that treated me at the in hours emergency, I would have done in a heart beat. I would not hesitate to recommend the staff at the in hours emergency department Thank you for everything
Ive been struggling to find a dentist to get my Back tooth sorted and have had no luck, managed to get an appointment on the same day of phoning the in hours office, they were extremely helpful, gave me the choice of a root canal or a pull so I chose pull, very professional, very calm and attentive.Thank you very much for your help
I had so much pain from my wisdom teeth, it got infected and still the staff did not take it out, they simply advised to keep it clean. The infection got me very sick and then I needed to find a private clinic ASAP to have it extracted and was finally relieved from the severe pain. There is just a bunch of amateur dentist in this oldham ICC Centre. Not recommend for anyone to use this emergency service, its absolutely appalling.
