After calling for hours over 2 days trying to cancel my upcoming appointment. i am now no longer a patient with them because i did not cancel within 24hours. unfortunately you haven't picked up my call in the last 48 hours. ridiculous. and if you read other reviews you will see how I'm not making this up.
Had a tooth extraction and root out at this dentist having been referred. The treatment I received was excellent I was made to feel at ease the staff were wonderful and I could not fault them. Would recommend.
Horrific service over the phone, in person its okay not bad just how any dental should be. But ringing more than 10 times just for it to be busy! My son has had tooth pain for days and they still cannot book him an urgent appointment now we have to wait in the emergency room which can take hours.
Great place if you could actually get in touch with them on the phone to book appointments......... I mean seriously Ive tried ringing 32 times since last Friday just to arrange my check-up! Every single time it says the line is busy.Either add more phone lines, or add an online appointment booking system, because this is ridiculous.
Appalling wait for an appointment for 2 children. Got to the point where I had to ring the receptionist from the upstairs waiting room as going up and down stairs with 2 kids seemed like a disaster waiting to happen. Receptionist said she would remind the dentist I was still waiting. All the while they had a lovely chat. No provision to bring the pram upstairs unless I wanted to lift and carry it myself and leave Kids at either top or bottom of stairs.
