The pink bouquet delivered today looked rather old fashioned & dated. If you're looking for a bouquet for your grandma or elderly mother with Lily's & carnations this would be ideal but I did feel disappointed as it all just looked a bit boring if honest.
I telephoned Fletchers Florist this morning from Spain as I wanted to send flowers as a house warming gift to my friends The lady on the phone was very helpful, 1hour later my friend rang me she was so thrilled with the beautiful flowers .Excellent service .Thank you
We used fletchers florists for our wedding 8th September 2017 we could not of chose better, very helpful and a full understanding and knowledge of what we required. Today I was spoken to disgracefully by a member of staff at this florist. There is no excuse for rude, abrupt and ill-mannered service. Won't be returning which is a shame as myself, many friends and family have used this shop in the past. This is my first ever complaint that I have made about any business as it's not usually something I would consider doing however I don't deserve to be spoken to like I was this morning. Thankfully Baytree Flowers in Middleton went above and beyond and made a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my mums birthday. I requested 2 types of flower which wasn't in stock and the bouquet was to be collected the same day...so the ladies even got in touch with their supplier who made an extra delivery just with my mums favourite flowers. Complete opposite of service thankfully!
