Great gym great atmosphere
All you could need under one roof, friendly but challenging environment with all the apparatus you would ever need, one on one available to all, cheap joining fees and refreshments available on site
Gr8 gym plenty of machines the leg press machine is a monster sized one. Also have a punch bag area. Also have strongman area with you can lift atlas balls and flip a very large heavy tyre.
Awesome gym. No bull. Get training. Great set of people.
Great gym. Decent equipment for weight training, resistance machines and cardio exercise. Friendly staff and fair prices for memberships, also has a separate ladies section. The only problem I have is the weekend opening hours, I think they are too short if you decided to train on Sat. & Sunday.
