Good gym. Nice people training here. Marked you down a star as staff not enforcing people to re rack weights. Don't expect much help from the staff if you're male, apart from Lewie and Gillian, who are assets to the place. The staff are friendly enough, though. If you're a female, the male PT's will flock round you like flies on
Decent gym. Plate loaded machines are good, but having to log my numberplate every time steals away more of my time I could spend on what I came to the gym for. Number plate issue solved only need to input if I'm there more than 2 hours suits me.
I have been a gym member since they have been opened. Never been disappointed. Car park can get full at peak times but 95% of the you will find space. Very good quality machine's which are well maintained. Great selection of equipment for cardio or weight training. Never needed to wait around to use equipment. Free classes available. Ask one of the friendly staff for details. Also can check the notice board for lesson times.Very clean and tidy. Shower facilities available in needed however i have not used them. There are lockers available to put your bags in. Free to use weighing scale next to the water fountain dispenser. Drinking water does not taste bad at all compared to other local gyms. Vending machines available if you choose not to drink from water dispenser. Vending machines take card, contactless or coins.
