at 8:10, there are no apointments. The nurse is not very polite, agressive.Many doctors are not interested in the problem, they do not listen to the end, sometimes it seems that they are not interested, once faced the fact that they started to search for a diagnosis in Google.I am always have appointment with nurse instead of GP who thinks she is a high profile specialist.With a problem that is already 3 months old, she decides that it is not serious, otherwise you would have died. do not want to do any tests or send me for scan, and constantly reminds about how much it costs.It Looks like she must pay from your pocket.I'm generally shocked by the specialists in the hilltop surgery.
Probably the worst surgery to get an appointment. ....... need to ring 8am for appointment, line busy this time..... by the time your call is answered 8.15 or 8.30 am no appointments left! Never get an appointment when you really need.....
I have spent 45 minuets phoning this practice to book an appointment when somebody finally answered the phone I was told I cannot book an appointment and they are running on emergency only so I have to phone at 8 am this is rediculous when I start work at 7am
I have nothing but praise for the Dr that looks after my mother at this practice Dr Mathison! Im not sure if I have his last name correct I do apologise if not, he goes above and beyond his duties to care for his patients,last night my mother was very unwell he was with my elderly mother at her home before I got there and stayed with her until the ambulance arrived such a lovely caring Dr also would like to praise Ro & the receptionist for there professional care yesterday THANK YOU SO MUCH
One of the best GP practice in Fitton hill and Hollinwood. Best doctors and polite nurses, receptionists are very well behaved and friendly. I will highly recommend this practice. Only one let down is appointment system so one less star.
