Terrible doctors wouldn't advice anyone to go this doctors. Not bothered about there patients health n when u need to see the doctor it ain't gna happen you will get a telephone consultation which I don't understand because the ten minutes u spend on the phone they could have seen you in person.
If I could leave no star review I would. No respect for their patients. They make a telephone consultation booking and then cancel it on the day stating that the doctor is too busy to ring.Gave me an appointment today. I arrive and the doctor is running 42 minutes late. If I had arrived just a couple of minutes late the doctor would refuse to see me. I appreciate that they are busy but patients have busy lives too and cannot afford to be sat waiting for their appointment. This happens on a very regular basis.This practice is disgraceful and needs bringing into the 21st century.
Shocking service by the staff members at the front desk . Rude and miserable. They talk to you like youve always done something wrong... leesbrook surgery is totally different very nice friendly staff..
Having problems getting an appointment Dr f Shafiq Is a good doctor but if you wanted to get an appointment it takes up to 3 weeks or more
The doctors are very helpful, thorough and friendly. I have several chronic illnesses and, unlike other places, I've never once been made to feel like I'm wasting their time. Had a few issues but they were sorted promptly by the practice manager, who is a genuinely lovely lady! Only problem is that because they're so good the doctors tend to run over and it can be quite tough to get an appointment at times. Building is very new, pharmacy attached are super helpful and it's all wheelchair accessible. Nurses are all super helpful and friendly too. Overall a great bunch of staff & I wouldn't change doctors for anything!!
