Very unreliable especially if its a life changing situation. Took 300 for travel and stay in London for court date, but ended up travelling all the way to London on the morning of the court hearing although the hearing time was set for the morning. She called the court and changed the time but didnt let the client know who was waiting in court for her from morning. She arrived to court less than half hour before court was due to be closed. Never refunded the 300 which she claimed for overnight stay. Disappointing service
