What a shambles of a firm! There's a reason why hinchliffe left . Used them for conveyancing thinking it was a reputable firm and boy was I wrong. It took over 6 months to complete simply because the legal executive, Sarah major and her assistant couldn't be bothered working on my file. My husband and I did most of the work and because of Sarah's negligence I nearly lost my home! Not only would she not update me on the case, she would lie to me telling she's done something when in fact she hasn't. Lets also not mention the fact that she kept me waiting 20 mins in reception because she was too busy working on someone's file. In my opinion I always thought it's the customer who's late! What's worse the broker and estate agent had to force her to get a move on! If I could give it less than 0 stars I would. I will never recommend this firm and I have advised my family and friends to never use this firm!

I would definitely recommend Pearsons. Excellent service - good communication, supportive, quick response to queries, honest and professional.

I met with Tracy Crompton for some advice relating to my divorce as the solicitors I was currently using had been appalling and taken 19 months basically to do nothing. The help and advice I received from Tracy was outstanding and I was able to finalise my divorce myself within 2 weeks by trying what she suggested. Her knowledge and experience on the probable outcome was exactly correct. I have no hesitation in recommending her. Extremely professional but friendly and easy to talk to. Many thanks.

My daughter and I met with Ian Wolstenhulme to discuss a possible holiday sickness claim. I was very impressed that he organised this meeting at very short notice and saw us on the day that I made the initial enquiry. Ian spent a lot of time going meticulously through all the documentation that we had and provided us with his opinion and the way that we should move forward. Ian gave his advice in a very clear and client friendly way and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Sarah Major's experience, advice and tenacity made this a pleasant experience for me. I knew I was in safe hands and was able to focus on other aspects of my life, such as caring for my elderly mother who had just suffered a breakdown. I would definitely recommend Pearson services, specifically Sarah for conveyancing work.
