Great staff! On my arrival tonight, 23/1/19, there was a slight hiccup on my booking, Lisa was extremely polite, professional and caring. You might think 5* is above average for a Premier Inn, but, with staff like Lisa it is well deserved. Lovely clean rooms, pleasant staff. Only 4 stars as breakfast was slow on the first morning due to lack of staff.
Went with my grandma who left a bag there a few days before staff are brilliant and made sure she got her bag full of Christmas presents back.
Completely average. Food selection good but quality poor. Service OK. Reception in hotel good and rooms the standard Premier Inn offering ie clean and basic.
Good refurbished rooms helpful staff. Easy access just off the main road.
