Very rude staff. Everytime i go its always the same guy. Every time very unhelpful. Had to begg to put extra tape on parcel so it doesnt open and he helped me with that only 3rd time i asked. Was almost closing time so he preassured me 1 minute to write down adress otherwise he woudnt have accepted it and it was only 17.26 and closing time is 17.30 ( A bit my fault was the last day to return parcel and i hadnt prepared parcel at home) but still expected some help as its their job too. Every single time same unfriendly unhelpful rude behaviour needs to change staff asap!!!
Very very rude staff! Man at counter repeatedly told me he would be charging me for a parcel that was prepaid. This was after 5pm with a long queue behind me. He just wasted time and was very unprofessional and flirtatious. He then started smiling and laughing and eventually charged the right amount. So disappointed! Have used this many times in the past without problems, but that was a female staff member back then. Clearly they need a change of staff. He doesn't understand the meaning of good customer service and just kept a line of people waiting behind me so he could flirt. I was actually worried that I would be charged extra money! Rude man.
Always handy for those letters that you need delivering the next day. Post collected from here at 5:30 pm. However there is sometimes and quite often a queue inside when dropping off/collecting parcels.
