If the two women working there one white woman and asian woman spend more of their time providing good customer service instead of laughing at customers mistakes or ignorance, it will make a huge difference. It is very sad and rude to treat and answer customers questions is such degrading manner, . there is a notice there asking customer not to respond to HMRC request to change their account from post office as that will cause more post office closures, with sure attitude on elderly people and customers, who would want to keep their account with them? An old man leaving there, the look on his face says "I have no choice", its a shame. I know even if I stop going there, it will make no difference to them, but saving the face of the good old post office is big this also.
Great and very quick service, highly recommend, staff knows what they're doing, both the lady and gentlemen who work here are very efficient and helpful. Highly recommend!
