I lost out on a commercial property due to poor communication from this company.
Sold our house with Kirkhams just over 2 years ago. Terrible from start to finish. Disorganised, dishonest and terrible communication I wouldn't recommend going anywhere near them. Moving house is stressful enough without having to put up with the extra stress of doing their job for them.
Very good friendly and competent staff. I am personally leasing my present property through Kirkhams and am totally happy with the service we have been afforded over the past three years.
Absolutely disgusting service, this company is a complete joke.
