Terrible experience.Called them (accidentally after a Google search for our insurance company) following a non-fault accident.Provided a courtesy vehicle, but then took 4 MONTHS to make final payment!(Yes this was partly due to the fact our vehicle had outstanding finance, however after this was explained to me, arrangements were made with finance company (by me) to resolve this - ALS never called them & after 6 weeks with no progress or contact to finance company I removed the arrangements.)NEVER answer emails (although thanks to 'read receipts' I know they do read (or at least open) them.Call centre were unable to assist & case handler was always busy. Numerous messages left but case handler never returned calls.Felt like I was doing all the work for them.
I recently used this company to help with serious damage caused to my car ( while parked ) they are amazing ! My claim was handled by Cheryl Bolton who is just fantastic she arranged for a courtesy car to be delivered the following day and for a cheque for the damage to be sent to me within 10 days . I can't think of enough good things to say about Cheryl and A.L.S I can thoroughly recommend them if you have the misfortune to be involved in an accident as the whole procedure will be handled without delay and with the utmost care and efficiency .Again many thanks to all concerned for a auccessful result with very little input from myself !
ALS dealt with my claim last month when someone hit my car. Vicky got me a car straight away because I couldnt drive mine and got me the money back for my car. I didnt have to pay any thing so would definitely recommend.
