Great service, great van. Not too happy about the hidden extra charges for breakdown service though
Most of the staff are nice, there is a certain female member of staff that is quite rude.
This is a company that's prepared to go the extra mile and deserves a 5-star review. I thought my experience was going to go badly when my arrangements for a pick-up went slightly awry. They told me I could get a local taxi and they would reimburse my fare. On arrival at Enterprise, I was indeed reimbursed and the booking-in paperwork went smoothly. There were no sneaky hidden charges that other companies seem to be keen on and I paid a 200 deposit, which I knew about, plus a damage waiver that I opted for at a relatively small cost. The vehicle was a 7-seater people carrier to take 5 people plus luggage to Cheltenham in reasonable comfort. On return, I was met at Enterprise and able to transfer luggage while the car was inspected and my deposit returned while that was in progress. Job done in under 5 minutes. Halfway home, I realised I had left something in the car; they found it, put it in the safe and I collected it the next day. All through the process, the staff were friendly and helpful and a pleasure to do business with. I would be happy to continue to use Enterprise and have no reservation in recommending them.
Great service, pick up and drop off before and after. Car was clean and in a good state. Staff are friendly also!
Once again, the company representatives excelled themselves. Polite and helpful. Vehicle hired was better than expected and was given a diesel, saving substantially over our journey.
