No stars. The staff were busy making negative comments about their customers. The customer is definitely not king at Modhubon Sarre Centre. The owner joined in with the gossip with staff and said you have to know how to deal with THEM. How awful.
I was recommended by a friend to go there. I was looking for. Saree to wear to a wedding, I did not find the colour I was looking for but they ordered it in for me within 4 weeks. Very pleased with the saree and service. I must say their collection is very good. Prices are fixed which is unlike Asian shops but I found the price to be reasonable so no complaints.

Never experienced worse customer service in my life. The man was rude and abrupt when we asked questions and left us alone downstairs. A lady comes in and just sat there and I thought she's a customer because she didn't once make a move to get up and show us anything until much later he came downstairs and asked her to. He told me you can only order if you order 5 sarees together. Absolute wasted trip, rather throw my money in the bin than give it to businesses like this.
