Super value for money. New designs new clothes for everyone and every occasion.Every time I go and definitely come home with 2 to 3 pairs of suits. Staff so friendly and helpful always polite and smiling. Jewellery also available and stunning. I get All my holiday clothes from them and they are stunning. Keep it up R&M and thankyou.
Today I visited the shop. I called them before had to make an enquiry to exchange a Small size salwar with a Large size which they firstly put wrongly with the kameez at the time of purchase. I asked if I could exchange the size as after wearing the salwar for one day I later relised it was the wrong size they blatantly said no because you worn the salwar for one day. Seconly I purchased a maroon colour suite with brown pattern near the shoulder which they did not tell me before hand at time of purchase that wash the fabric by hand so it turned to pink. At the time of when I visited them today there customer service was very unprofessional they were aguing with me made it clear that the customer is always wrong, they have never had any complaints about there clothes ever and they allowed another customer to get involved in the conversation i was having with them and say ' Get on with it and move on' and after the customer made this comment the ladies working simply ignored me and got on with serving the customers. I would highly recommend not to purchase clothes from here as they have lost a vauable customer.
Normally I like this shop but today I went in and it was very busy, the staff upstairs was very helpful but then when I came downstairs there was one particular staff who was so busy with a group of girls, she shoved in front of me saying excuse me then taking the dress down from the doll and then looking at me funny but not asking if Im ok or do I need anyone assistannt then she looked at the girls and started giggling, it really put me off I only purchased one dress but wanted the one i was looking at before she pushed in front of me. Really felt out of place

Just Good. Initially they had loads of variety but now they are always short of sizes and very minimal variety. Quality wise dresses r just ok but worth wat u pay for.. 1 season wear.
