Unreasonable staff inconveniencing customers for no other reason other than they can. Walked out after I was told to join a queue behind two woman who clearly arrived at the tills after me when I was very clearly behind the woman who was being served (therefore the pre-existing queue). I have one item and a little baby and you are making new rules when you were the one that wasn't manning the tills in the first place. Simply ridiculous behaviour.
