Ive not been to a dentist for many years as ive had many bad experiences of dentists through my lifetime. I approached Precision Dental practice as a nervous patient, desperate to have a smile I can be proud of. At my initial appointment, they discussed with me what I wanted to achieve overall, and as a result talked me through my options and pros and cons of the options. It was entirely up to me to decide how much treatment to have, and at what cost. Their initial quote did not increase even despite finding additional problems along the way. 3 months later I have a smile I am SO happy with for the first time in 43 years, and ive not experienced any pain at all in the process. They have also restored my faith in dentists, to the point where I am no longer the nervous patient I once was. I can't thank them enough, they're a fab team, really welcoming and friendly. Can't stop smiling!!! :)
After 4 years avoiding the dentist due to several bad experiences, I'm so happy I chose Precision Dental Clinic. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the Dr is always pleasant, will be clear as to what the plan is and does such a thorough, first class job. And to top it all the Dr left the room whilst the Dental Nurse gave me a mirror and wet tissue to wipe my face...absolutely brilliant!! Definitely recommend this clinic.
