My mum had an appointment she went they go ur appointment was cancelled we asked why did we not get informed we came all the way. The lady on the reception she was so rude we asked if she can book mum in she said if u want it early appointment u have to ring up in the MORRIN so we rang after few days and they go my mum is dropped out they can't give her appointment but why we didn't know !..?

The practice and the policy is really disrespectful. After having to cancel 2 seperate appointments because of an emergency with my daughter who is lactose intolerant to which I had to 're arrange appointments. The surgery decided to drop me from there practice leaving me with only half of the work done and still in excruciating pain. After I rang to speak to the practice manager about the situation and explain unfortunatly the cancellations were out of my control because of my daughter's medical condition which they were aware of, the head dental nurse got on the phone pretending to be the practice manager, until she refered to herself as the head nurse and I then had to question as to why she came on the phone as the practice manager. I am still waiting for the owner to get back to me on what he plans to do about thatNot a very good practice

Yeh my experienced really bad they asked me to get my 8 teeth out last year still didn't get my denture. In jan I had some fillings and a female dentist was so rough and painful. It was so worst experience. I was not treated well everytime I go there is I am told my other teeth have problem too but I am asked to get another appointment to fix them last time I went there is a female dentist she checked my teeth and saw a fillings was loose in my front teeth but didn't fix it and finally that fillings today chipped of and I m afraid a part of my tooth is also gone off with it

It was my 6 monthly check up this month, the dentist i was booked in with hadnt arrived so i was fortunate to be seen by Mr Chaudhary.I fear the dentist more than anything due to previous bad experiences, but Mr Chaudhary took time to sit and talk to me face to face about my fear and my sensitive teeth.I think he has some magical dentist powers as he persuaded me to see the hygienist, (which he explained would be done manually to avoid pain, this was better than any previous visit) and that I also needed a filling, when I arrived for the filling a week later he recommended I have a crown explaining why, what was involved and possible consequences of not having one, but he let me decide, he said he would start it there and then, due to my fear I think he knew the element of surprise works best on me.He was happy for me to listen to music thru my headphones to help with my fear and all through the treatment he kept asking if I was ok.When i went back for my crown fitting, which looks and feels great, I think id hit my wall at 3 visits, so sorry to Mr Chaudhary for my lack of sense of humour that day, I shouldnt have been worried though as this time I didnt even realise Id had the anaesthetic until he told me.Mr Chaudhary got me through 3 anaesthetics, a filling, a crown and the hygienist after years of avoiding treatment, I would like to say a massive Thank you to him for his understanding, patience and making me realise that as long as he is my dentist I really have nothing to fear.Karen

14 year old daughter needed emergency appointment, rang around all local dentists in Oldham chadderton and all refused to register her. Got through to the tooth place who registered her with open arms. Totally satisfactory conclusion, friendly staff happy to be doing their job. Excellent service
