Why is it that appointments are never available?? This is a joke!!
No negative.experience with the doctors, but the receptionist staff are very very rude!!!!! They hang up the phone in your ear ! And it seems like they dont even wanna help u !!!! Replace them !
As if waiting 2 weeks for an appoinment wasnt bad enough now you have to wait a month for the next available appoinment, that is if your lucky enough to get through to them as ive been on hold for up to 30mins, not only that they dont prioritise infants as you have to also wait for a month for your baby to be seen, staff are very rude and seem like they dont have experience, very disappointed.
The receptionist staff are unbelievably rude ! How do receptionists with no medical experience get to decide if you need to see a doctor or not !!! Extremely rude, don't know how to communicate or know what patient centred care is. I'm done with this practice for good!
