Absolute waste of time! Noone ever answers the phone so its near impossible to get a appoitment. I have phone logs from 8am to 9.30am all calls unanswered. Complained about it and nothing came of it as its still happening months later. Doctors palm you off and dont really listen to you. Oldham Family Practice was perfect over at Cannon St, now its totally gone to rubbish. I will be finding and new gp for me and all my family!
