Can't get appointments unless you pretend it's an emergency otherwise it's a 2 week wait. Dr Wales is very good but Dr Lowe does not have any sympathy or time for you.
Wonderful surgery - whilst they can often be very busy the staff are always willing to listen and try to assist you as best they can. I fully recommend all the doctors and nurses based at this practice, as well as the support team working the reception and behind the scenes

Very disappointed that my granddaughter couldn't be seen by a GP at this surgery. Busy or not allowances should be made for those that are more vulnerable..
