Quite good leisure centre but I dont go there
Big pool which isnt too cold and children's pool which is warm. Always clean. Friendly staff on reception and lifeguards are always there watching. Have floats, woggles, armbands and a box of things for kids to play with - all available to use at no extra cost. Reasonably priced. Get there early to avoid the rush!

Council run leisure centre with swimming pool, fitness suites, gymnasium etc. Quite new and modern. Facilities are excellent.
The place is great and nice and clean but for The life of me I can't understand the planning. 1 tiny lane for 10 swimmers and the rest of the pool for an aqua aerobic class with 20 people in. I know they need more space to move but make a better judgement on the pool set up when you know how many are attending the class. Sometimes there are more swimming then in the class and if that's the case open another lane to swimmers. Also put the stereo next to the aqua class not the swimming section and then turn it up to the max so the class can hear it. This is a great place don't get me wrong but boy can you feel that local authority feel running through it where no one makes decisions.
