Dreadful and pointless. With nothing more than a fairly average waiting room worth of people, I waited 4 hours before giving up and deciding Id rather go untreated even if it means being ill longer. Its farcical to refer to it as a service. Total waste of a morning.
The Triage nurse was lovely to my gf. Really listened to her. Saw the doctor, who listened to her chest and sent her away with a bit of a cold. 37 hours later I had to take her to hospital. She has pneumonia. Maybe you should hire better doctors. God knows how you can mistake pneumonia for a cold!?!?! If I could give 0 stars I would.
I use this place more than I use my doctors.. as all working people will know, you can't see your own gp nowadays. These see you within an hour and always help unlike when your ill and your local doc has a two week waiting list of work dodgers!.
From walking into the ICC Centre to the consultation with a nurse practitioner. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I was worried about going but they were extremely competent and professional. I recommend this service very highly.
