I have been a patient here for approximately 4yrs , I've travelled around the world an I'm 51 an I can say without a shadow of a doubt this is the worst doctors surgery I have ever had the misfortune of having to use , you never see the same doctor cause there all locoms an Dr.Sharma should just give up I managed to see her 3 times in 4 yrs . The practice manager is rude an miserable , cheers up or give up !When you order a prescription you'll be lucky to get it without an argument from one of the staff ,Give it up Dr.Sharma we all know you couldn't care less ,In conclusion steer clear , you won't be a patient you'll be a number , better of using a local vet , more chance of getting treatment than here .BEWARE
Doctors and staff have done everything they can to make sure I am seen. Polite and efficient reception staff.
If you want any appointment you need to waiting a long time... No phone answer... If you get appointment they send you home with paracetamol... I never ever seen same doctor...
Waiting on line for a very long time. Called them several times on different days. Got told to call the next day each time. Poor.
If you want an appointment at this doctor's you'll be waiting about 2 weeks to get one. The receptionist have no manners and the GPS just want you in and out so they can get home. I would definitely NOT recommend this practice to anyone.
