My parcel went missing after sending it from here ended up having to make a claim to the post office. Queues are always long the staff speak to each other behind the counter when serving you in whatever their language is. Also sometimes the smell of spices on their breath can be quite strong and you can smell it coming through the serving gap!
The queues can get ridiculously long and time consuming, and staff will just sit there expecting one staff to take care of it by themselves.
