Dishonest and dodgy. We have been completely scammed by these guys. Please do not use them. They took our deposit for a property and spent it. When our deal fell through and we wanted a the deposit back, they claimed the landlord had it. He didn't. They spun us lie after lie, let us apply for planning whilst knowing full well they had stopped doing business with the landlord before we applied. We only found out after our planning was approved and subsequently lost money on the application. We looked into these guys after this and found that not only had they been investigated before but they have a habit of claiming bankruptcy and register again under a PLC or ltd and start their scam all over again. Please do not trust these guys. When we did get our deposit back it was in small amounts over 2 months...We have seen them take money out of other people's deposits from the safe in order to pay us. Do not go near them.
