Absolutely one of the worst landlord i have ever seen every word about them on here is true mr ali the main man is nothing but a conman he will not do any jobs to fix things in the house he does not do yearly gas checks Wich is a legal requirement please avoid this agency there not worth a penny no matter how desparate you are AVOID AVOID AVOID CAUSED MY MOTHER ABSOLUTE HELL OVER RENT EVERY PENNY HAS BEEN PAYED TO DATE YET THET STILL TRY TELLING YOU YOU'RE A MONTH BEHIND THERE RECEPTIONIST ARE NOTHING BUT MONKEYS WHO DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING CONMAN CONMAN CONMAN YET HE LIVES THE LIFE OF LUXURY he pays more attention to hes horses while hes Tennant are suffering landlord from hell please everbody report him to your local authority surely something most get done
these are the only lettings agency that let to travellers they have let a house down the bottom of my street to a gang of travellers and you have never seen nothing like it I don't even walk past it anymore I used to feed the lambs in a field down these with my niece but now there's a constant fire in the scrapyard/tip/garden it stinks, I rang them they said 'well what can you do?? I rang Wigan council they never even replied. it will cost 10 grand to clean it up god knows how many live there? theses about 6 pickup vans these and 2 cars its only a 3 bed house?

This person needs and will get his comeuppance too, i am a previous employee that got promised the world and lasted 3 days, i am still waiting nearly 2 months later for both expenses and wages, he expects you to wire the wire the meter for electric to do the work which is 100% illegal and the correct authorities have been made aware of it too his homes are disgusting and he cheats too. He has 5 to 10 court letters a week off local authorities too as he isnt doing the bssic legal requirements either, he needs shutting down or putting down, one wsy or another he is a typical con man. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!! Joke of a company. DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR!!! This guy does not do repairs. In 9/10 years never did a gas safety checks. Will gladly take your money and leave your kids living in damp mould bedrooms with dangerous hazards inside and out!! He'll promise you the earth but you'll never receive anything. Check out other online reviews. Not just google!!! There are loads of other people he has let down and left in disrepair.
I have never wrote a report but this is the worst estate agent ever the receptionist are dump as **** they all fob you off unfortunately my rent goes directly to them and I can't do nothing about that but I top up so I think I will just save that and get repair done myself. I had someone break in with baseball bats about 4 days ago the whole front door came off they sent someone to nail it in but it doesn't lock I have a 3 yrs old and 8 yrs old.it is not safe as i put a chin on in they reason is as they didn't damage it so there's nothing they can do and if want it fixed I have to pay for it even tho they have a police crime reference number and CID came but hey what they care the landlord is away so nothing can be done don't matter what happens to me and kid's when I moved in the cooker wasn't working as it is a fitted kitchen was told will fix it been a year still not done now he wants a 100 deposit to put it in well I didn't break it so why should I pay for it just like they said about the door they are the worse estate agent ever DON'T EVER GO TO THEM I could move but being on benefits it's hard to find a place and I don't think he would give my advance back so stuck and this was near family so easy for kid's. I have reported it to council they came inspected the house so let's see and as everyone else I didn't get a gas safety certificate aswell and that was the first thing the council asked me so I hope they do get screwed over
