Very concerning. I have bought a bike for 99 for my disadvantaged grandson aged nearly 3 for Xmas. Delivery expected 3 weeks agfo; promised immediate replacement when l chased it up. All subsequent messsages ignored and no answer via phone. This is awful as l need a refund to buy a replacement asap to avoid serious disappointment. 2nd customer in a few weeks not to have recieved bike. This is theft.
Appalling service. Took 10 days to confirm the order had been received, followed by 6 phone calls and being given a fake delivery tracking number before I eventually had to ask PayPal to step in and issue a refund. The guy sounds very helpful on the phone - but don't be fooled, they're thoroughly useless.
Wonder service. Very helpful. Went out of his way to get my E bike in working order. Would strongly recommend! !
I met this guys at Smithfield Market and got their flyers, visited the store in Oldham and bought 2 bikes and repaired 1 old one. Fantastic service and good customer relationship. Will always visit for any new purchase or repairs. Price is too good to miss out.
Received my new bike. Very pleased with the bike and service. Bike I ordered was out of stock but sorted me out with a upgrade at the same price which I thought was very good. Delivered on the day they said. So all good.
