Poor customer service - have to wait around5-10 minutes to be served.
Don't even answer calls, what's the bloody point in putting their number on Google when they're not going to answer. Called twice and never answered for over 5 minutes. Disgusting service

almost an hour store not too busy but when shoes or trainers are out of place put them in the store room and serve your customers when people are not waiting to be served then do your housekeeping till staff are great ..also don't leave the phone of the hook when someone phones we rae not deaf can hear you chatting about what a lousy day your having ..the mute button is there for a reason r4zi3l r4zi3l his review he waited 5 or ten minutes that's acceptable so that's the average waiting time ..
Once upon a time there was a decent choice and their prices were cheap now they have creeper up and the choice is so basic I wouldn't want to be seen dead in most of the products. Even Manchester Arndale has lost the charm of having multiple choice. Especially on trainers! The staff are good though!
