THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! The staff are very unprofessional. I bought a stereo from them 3 weeks ago and was booked in for a fitting appointment a week later. The audio fitter was apparently unable to fit the stereo into my car because of a few complications although i think it was down to her lack of knowledge and experience. Anyway, she said she needed to book me in for another appointment on a different date so gave me an appointment a week later. I come in for my second appointment only to find out that she hasnt even turned up and wont be coming in. I asked for a refund on the stereo and decided to get it from somewhere else. Im absolutely disgusted with how unprofessional the staff are and dont think I will ever be coming back to this Halfords again.
Hmm...not the best service on my visit earlier today. Had to go and get what I needed elsewhere. Still they are great with bikes.
Very unprofessional as they gave me wrong bulb For my car three times. Totally waisted my time and the shop closed and I am still with NO headlights bulb.
29.99 charged me for checking just gas in car after 3 hour I been told some electric problems in car ?Went to Audi garage they said car doesnt have any electric problems! Halfford just rip off !
