I bought an Audi Q7 from A1 Orto's at the back end of 2018 and received excellent customer service from the staff. There were a couple of minor faults that appeared a few weeks later and they didn't hesitate in getting my car back in and repaired at short notice and to a very high standard. I will definitely use them again for any future car purchases and would strongly recommend them to others.
My husband and I went to view a car yesterday. The car was exactly as described in the advert. It was nicer than the photos actually. We were greeted by a gentleman named Dylan who handed us the keys then left us to have a look. He came to check on us just once for two seconds just to make sure we were ok and offered us hot drinks. We went over to ask for a test drive which was no problem what so ever even though they had to move a few cars for us. It was rush hour so we couldnt drive too much (traffic problems) but the car felt solid and drove like a dream. Dylan was so helpful and answered every question, he wasnt pushy in the slightest and made me feel at ease and comfortable with him. I dont trust people lightly (especially people selling to me) and so for him to make me trust him shows he was doing something right. We were shown the full service history but the MOT was only short (MAY 2019). This wasnt a problem as they promised to put a new 12month ticket on for me AND a full valet. End result, I collect my new car on Saturday morning (pending a second test drive with no traffic) with a 12 month ticket and they have also offered to make me new registration plates (I have my own personal plate) and fit them to my car before leaving their showroom. I will post another review after collection of the car but so far its a big thumbs up from me and I would most certainly recommend this dealership to anybody.
** UPDATE** Contacted by A1 Ortos and I was impressed by the professionalism of the sales manager in our discussion of how I was unsatisfied. He asked if there was anything he could do to resolve the issues I had. The simple act of contacting me to discuss it in a professional manner has led me to happily change my opinion of this company. saw car advertised online, car was brought round from the back and I had a short test drive. all seemed fine. However when purchasing the car they added an admin fee? then when I attempted to drive the car home it broke down a few yards from the showroom. Took a week to get the garage to sort. Refused to give me my money back.
We have recently purchased a vehicle from A1 Ortos and the service was outstanding. They were honest and gave us plenty of time to look at the cars with no pressure and answered all our questions competently. The whole experience from when we walked in to picking up the car was seamless. It's the first time I have been able to complement a car dealer and I have bought a lot of cars over the years. Thanks A1 in particular Dilan and you will be our first stop when we decide to change our vehicle again.
You won't find a car dealership like this one! I recently treated myself to a land rover (as it is 4x4 season). What a friendly, helpful, non pushy sales team. The young African/Aussie lad Dilan who looked after me, I cant thank him enough. From when I walked into the dealership, to when I drove away, best sales experience I have ever had. I wish A1ortos all the best in the new year.
