Paid them 1800 to sort everything out but they didn't. One of the problems was the gearbox but instead of checking that, they suggest that I needed a new clutch which I did not.Finally the gearbox problem was found but I had to wait for the parts. They were supposed to fix it today but when I got there they said the part has not arrived. A phone call would have saved me 30 min drive, and proper diagnosis would have saved me 800.I have lost 3 weeks of work because of your incompetence.SHOCKING. Are you going to give me the gearbox money back? The van is a nightmare now, loud noises coming from the back, cables hanging loose from the rear bumper. What have you done to it? i would have thought that going to the "experts" was the safest option but apparently it is not. Now i am just waiting without knowing when will you have the parts because the manager has decided not to chase it up. Useless. Will you please stop scamming people, money doesn't grow on trees.
