Customer service seemed great at the time. The price of the car was very reasonable. The reason for my mid-rating is as follows. I looked into the MOT history and saw a few things it failed on. Then the car passed an MOT soon after, which would mean the problems were rectified. But after inspecting the car days after purchase (an error on my behalf as I should have done it there and then) I noticed the issues had not been fixed, which suggests to me a dodgy MOT. The owner also offered to reimburse me for a bald tyre which was supposedly changed before the MOT but when I arrived home I inspected it to find it was still completely bald. I never received the money back. Maybe he forgot? I should have pressed him. Make sure you check MOT history on any car you purchase and any fails in the past, be sure to inspect these points before handing over the cash. As far as used car shops go, it's average. Not terrible, but they don't seem shy about cutting corners to save money. Shame because I really liked the staff.

Bought a car off Danny and the team, there was a slight issue but the way Danny handled it gave me so much confidence. Called back when promised, picked the car up and gave me a like for like replacement, delivered the car back clean and all working. Genuinely really happy with the car, the service and the after care. This business deserves to grow and grow with this level of service. Would defo recommend.
Bought a 320 series BMW about 2 Months back for a great price. The owner, Danny, made my purchase a real positive experience. Had a minor problem with the car and Danny drove over an hour to collect it the same day I contacted him, left me a courtesy car and returned my BMW the next day. I'm very happy with my new car and would not hesitate in buying another car from Danny.
