Proceed with caution if your making a journey to view a car! I called first to make sure the car was still available which I was told it was. Then asked what time they were open until, so then jumped in the car and drove two hours from Birmingham to get there. The place was locked up when I arrived. I called the number and was told they were closed and that I did not have a appointment. I feel that this could have been made clearer to me when I called and asked what time they were open until for the purposes of coming to view the car. Under the circumstances of confusion, I was surprised at the tone of the persona that I spoke to. He then proceeded to tell me that the car was sold...in the two hours when they were shut! Very frustinating and bad experience. Would not consider using them for a future car purchase.
Saw the perfect car and wasn't disappointed when I got there, friendly knowledgable non pushy salesmen.The sat nav card wouldn't work when I got home but they sent a replacement few days later no problem. would recommend
